REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Should we have supplied the wrong photograph or there is damage to the photograph, then we will provide a replacement. It is your responsibility to return the original photograph to us along with a brief note of explanation and your contact details.
You must make any claims within 7 days of receipt of the original photographs.
If, for whatever reason, we are unable to provide a replacement photograph then a refund of the purchase price will be made.LIABILITY
We give an assurance that we take all reasonable care with reliability of equipment and security of electronic data, but we cannot give any unconditional guarantee against equipment failure and data loss resulting from either mechanical, electronic or human causes. Consequently, in such cases, the limit of our liability shall be the refunding of any fees paid to us .PRIVACY
By allowing yourself to be photographed by Michael Smith or his agent, whether in public or private, you are also allowing the following use of your image (either in full or in part):
* To be displayed for the purposes of sale or promotion
* To be sold as part of a photograph, but without transference of copyright to the purchaser (e.g. group wedding photos)COPYRIGHT
Full copyright of all my work is always retained unless otherwise agreed to.
Sale of images is solely for the purpose stipulated and rights to the use of images are not transferrable without prior agreement.
Any rights. limited or full copyright, are not given to the customer until payment in full is received. The supply of images to the customer shall not, in itself, constitute the granting of any rights to the use of those images.
Full and exemplary compensation will be sought for any breaches of copyright.
