Pricing School Balls, Events, Weddings etc
There are four options available:
1. Pre-Paid per Head:
This is our most popular option. Depending on numbers a pre-paid per head price is paid. Photographs from the event are loaded onto our web servers and free downloading of high quality 300dpi files is available to everyone you choose. The gallery can be private and password protected should you wish. It also allows you to send a link to people who weren't able to attend so they too can download photos.
The best thing is that photos are available within days of the event and it lets everyone keep all their memories of it. It is a wonderful gift to give your guests or a small price to add to admission charges if you are selling tickets.
This is our most popular package for school balls but we have also used it for family events where large numbers have attended.
2. Free Attendance / Pay for Photos ordered:
This is only offered to events where we are reasoably sure there will be good sales of photographs. Usually it is only balls that fit this category but other events will be considered.
All photographs are ordered and paid for online, we print and deliver them to you,even to international addresses.
As well as prints we also have instant downloads of the photos available for purchase, great for emailing, putting on phones and tablets and even for making small prints.
We are able to offer this because we believe in the quality of our work and know it is good enough to make people want to buy it.
3. Attendance Fee and Pay for Photos:
This suits many events, especially smaller ones. An attendance fee is negotiated for the expected time of the event and photos from the event are offered online. It suits events where the sale of photographs is unlikely to cover the time the photographer spends there.
4. Package
This is tradionally offered at weddings but can suit other events. For a set fee you can have any combination of:
a) a set number of prints and enlargements
b) an album of photos
c) a DVD slide show which you can watch on your TV and copy and give to friends.
