HOW TO ORDER

1. ONLINE Use Visa or Mastercard and order online. (Note that your orders will be posted at the same time as the bulk order is delivered to the school)

2. BY POST Download the Order Form from the site, print it out then fill it in and post it with your payment. The link to the order form is under the relevant photo on the next page you come to.

3. AT SCHOOL Collect an Order Form from School or use the downloaded one, put it in an envelope with your payment and hand it in to the office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Orders close approximately three weeks after the Ball (the exact date is on the site). No processing starts until after the closing date. It then takes us at least a week to prepare the photographs for the lab, removing zits etc (you know yourself just how long it takes to get rid of a zit!). The lab requires a week to print the order then a further week is needed to check each photo, collate the orders and deliver it to the school. Occasionally this may take longer because of school holidays or the huge number of ball photographs we are processing from many schools (hey, we can't help it if we're popular) At the height of the ball season delivery can take three to four weeks after the closing date for orders. All orders, whether posted or delivered to the school, are sent out at the same time.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PHOTOGRAPH?
Let us fix it for you.
Post it in, along with the original order form and a brief note about what the problem is. Don't forget a phone number in case we need to talk to you about it, and a return address for the corrected photo.
If you think you got the wrong photo, check the number which is printed on the back of every photograph.
Visible zits are removed only for groups of up to 4 people. We can do further Photoshop work if you wish, but there would be a charge.

WANT TO REALLY ENJOY THE PROOFS?
1. Use the lightbox This allows you to store up to 35 favourite photographs in your own folder and they will still be there when you return to the site next time. You don't have to order any of them, but they will help you choose.
2. Email from the site You can email a link to a favourite photograph to your friends or relatives while you are in the site. We don't capture anyone's email address, we don't do follow-up in any way.
3. Quick Access To get to a photograph without having to click through many pages, simply alter the number on the address bar at the top of your screen. When you are on the first page of proofs, the very last part of the bar will show =0 Just change this to one number less than the one you want and press ENTER (e.g. =949 will take you to the page with photo 950 on it)
